Security Alert – Lagos, Nigeria, July 7, 2026 Location: Lagos Event: July 7th is widely recognized as an annual Neo Black Axe Movement (NBM) Day. NBM can be identified by their black beret with a yellow stripe.

This event has historically been associated with violence between rival groups such as the Buccaneers, Vikings, or “Eiye,” who can be identified by their blue beret. Known activity has been reported around Agege, Iyana Ipaja, Ikorodu, Mushin, and the Lekki-Ajah corridor.
