The firm claims this material could challenge Tinubu's privacy claims regarding records held by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).

The video, recorded at an All Progressives Congress (APC) event, features Adewale Tinubu, described as President Tinubu’s reported nephew, asserting that he personally managed a Chicago case involving the president and advocated for a settlement. However, official court records identify Patrick S.

Coffey, Esq. as the attorney for Tinubu in that case, with no evidence of Adewale Tinubu's involvement. The firm argues that this discrepancy undermines Tinubu's claims of privacy and suggests that his alleged drug-trafficking records should be made public.

The Presidency has stated that the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) dispute does not imply criminal liability.
