Uzodimma's Administration Claims 24-Hour Power in Owerri

Kennedy Ibe, the youth leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Imo State, affirmed Governor Hope Uzodimma's assertion that his administration has successfully implemented a 24-hour electricity supply in Owerri. Speaking to journalists in Owerri, Ibe described the governor's claim as "gospel truth" and countered criticisms from political opponents, stating that the provision of electricity is a significant achievement for the state.

He highlighted that the Orashi Electricity Scheme, which is part of a pilot project, has enabled certain industrial and commercial establishments in the state capital to enjoy uninterrupted power supply. Ibe emphasized that the scheme is beneficial for business owners in Owerri and that a substantial percentage of the population in the area is currently experiencing the advantages of this power initiative.

He urged critics to recognize the progress made under Uzodimma's administration and to focus on the development and transformation of the state.
