VFD Group Plc Declares Interim Dividend for H1 2026

VFD Group Plc (VFDGROUP) has announced an interim dividend of twenty-four kobo (₦0.24) per share of ₦0.50 each for the period ended June 30, 2026. The dividend is subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval.

Shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at the close of business on August 3, 2026 will qualify for the dividend. The Register of Shareholders will be closed from August 4, 2026 to August 6, 2026.

Payment is scheduled for August 10, 2026, and will be made electronically to shareholders who have completed e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar, Africa Prudential Plc, to pay directly into their bank accounts.

Shareholders who have not completed e-dividend registration are directed to download the E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form from Africa Prudential Plc's website or contact the Registrar at cfc@africaprudential.com. Shareholders with unclaimed dividend warrants or share certificates are also advised to complete e-dividend registration or contact Africa Prudential Plc directly.

No bonus issue was declared alongside this interim dividend. The announcement was signed by Company Secretary Gbeminiyi Shoda.
