Ebonyi Governor Provides Relief to Okpolojo Victims

In response to the hardships faced by families in Okpolojo due to a recent community crisis, Ebonyi State Governor Franci Ogbonna Nwifuru provided relief materials to assist those affected. The support included foam, roofing sheets, beds, rappers, and cash, aimed at alleviating the suffering of families who have become homeless and are struggling without food or shelter.

The governor's representative, Speaker of the Ebonyi State House of Assembly, Mr. Mose Ij Odunwa, emphasized the difficult times these families are enduring.

The state government has allocated 70 million naira for a project that will benefit 57 families in the area. Ann Aligw, a commissioner for human capital development, noted the importance of this intervention in addressing the community's needs.

Beneficiaries expressed gratitude for the governor's assistance during this challenging period.
