Lagos State Police Command Receives Modern Security Gadgets

The Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF) has donated modern crime-fighting equipment to the Lagos State Police Command. This initiative aims to strengthen security operations and enhance the effectiveness of police across Lagos State.

Senior Special Assistant to the Lagos State Governor, Wale Ajetunmobi, disclosed this in a video shared on Saturday. The Executive Secretary of LSSTF, Dr. Ayo Ogunsan, presented the items, describing the intervention as a proactive step to boost the morale of security personnel and improve coverage across the state.

The equipment is intended to ensure that security personnel are properly equipped to respond effectively to emerging threats and maintain public safety. The items were received on behalf of the Lagos State Police Command by Commissioner Tijani Fatai, who expressed appreciation for the support from the LSSTF and the state government.

The intervention comes amid ongoing efforts to modernize security operations in the state, including collaboration with the Nigeria Police Force and the Air Wing Command for aerial surveillance patrols.
