Portable Escapes Death Before Child’s Naming Ceremony

Portable, whose real name is Habeeb Okikiola, experienced a life-threatening incident on Thursday night in Ogun State when his car suffered brake failure. To avoid a collision, he drove the vehicle into a ditch.

He shared details of the incident on his Instagram page, where he spoke in Yoruba. This incident occurred just hours before the naming ceremony of his newborn child, for which he had previously distributed free Ankara Aso Ebi cloth to celebrate the event.

His wife, Bewaji Dure, is also mentioned in relation to the newborn's naming ceremony. The date of the ceremony is not specified, but it is noted that Portable had recently celebrated the arrival of his child.
