Nigeria Customs Service Stuns CNS in CGC Premier League

On June 25, during the 3rd CGC Premier League in Abuja, Nigeria Customs Service achieved a remarkable 3-1 victory over the defending champions, CNS. CNS started strong, winning the first set 25-21, putting pressure on Customs.

However, Nigeria Customs Service responded resiliently, winning the second set 25-21 and narrowly edging the third set 25-22. They sealed their comeback with an emphatic 25-15 win in the fourth set.

Match director of sports at Nigeria Customs Service, Samuel Onikeku, expressed delight at the team's performance and praised the management's commitment to developing the squad. He congratulated the Comptroller General of Customs, Bashir Adewal Adeniyi, for his unwavering support and significant investment in the team.

The team has been working hard since last year under a development program, which included coaching certifications abroad, with the goal of conquering Africa and improving their performance in the league.
