NFF Invites 35 Players to Flying Eagles Camp for WAFU B

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has announced the invitation of 35 players to the Flying Eagles camp in Abuja in preparation for the WAFU B U20 Championship. The camp will commence on May 16, with a roster that includes 28 players based in Nigeria and seven players from foreign clubs.

The home-based players are primarily drawn from the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) and the Nigeria National League (NNL), as well as elite academies. Notable players invited include goalkeepers Clinton Lawani and Abubakar Rufai, defenders Uchechukwu Aloysiu and Ayinla Olayomi, and midfielders Victor Samuel and Sale Abdulrashid.

The foreign-based contingent features players like Bonaventur Chiemela from Inter Lagos and Abdulaziz Musa from Mavlon FC. The camp aims to prepare the team for the upcoming championship, showcasing a mix of talent from various clubs and academies.
