Takang Lauds Tinubu for Empowering Nigerians in Abia

Dr. Armstrong Ume Takang, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Ministry of Finance Incorporated, commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his efforts in empowering Nigerians across the six geo-political zones. This commendation occurred during an empowerment event in Ohafia, Abia State, where 250 households received solar equipment, including solar panels, solar fans, and solar clean cooking stoves.

Takang attributed his ability to empower his community to his appointment by President Tinubu, emphasizing Tinubu's belief in using empowerment to uplift others. He urged other privileged Nigerians to leverage their positions for community development, stating that a wealthy individual among impoverished people is essentially poor.

Additionally, he praised Abia State Governor Dr. Alex Otti for his developmental efforts and pledged to collaborate with the state government for further advancements. Khalil Suleiman Halilu, Executive Vice Chairman/CEO of NASENI, also spoke about the agency's sustainable empowerment program in Abia, recognizing the creative potential of the state's people.
