Akume Praises Tinubu's Achievements in Key Sectors

On Tuesday in Abuja, Senator George Akume, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his transformative achievements in Nigeria's infrastructure, education, and security sectors since taking office less than four years ago. During a courtesy visit from the Tinubu National Frontiers (TNF) led by Hajiya Yasmin Binta Sabeh, Akume noted the administration's progress in road infrastructure, including the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Road and the Sokoto-Badagry Road.

He also mentioned the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND), which has attracted interest from over six African countries, and emphasized the administration's focus on technical and scientific education. Additionally, Akume highlighted security improvements, including the establishment of four new Nigerian Army divisions and the recruitment of 50,000 policemen.

Hajiya Yasmin Binta Sabeh acknowledged the President's leadership and the TNF's commitment to supporting his re-election. Mr. Braimoh Adebayo, the Oyo State Coordinator of TNF, reaffirmed the group's dedication to Tinubu's re-election efforts.
