Church Promotes Health Through Sports Competition in Abuja

The Church, represented by Pastor Kehind Adelek and Ola Adejube, is actively partnering with the government to improve societal health through a sports initiative. During a media briefing, they emphasized the importance of physical exercise in ensuring good health for citizens, which they believe will significantly contribute to the nation's economy.

The Church plans to host a sports competition in Abuja, featuring games such as tennis, scrabble, chess, ayo, ludo, darts, and basketball, with an anticipated participation of 5,000 youths and clergy wives. The grand final is expected to take place at the Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja.

This year's event will include unique features aimed at discovering internal talent and rewarding participants, reinforcing the Church's commitment to fostering strong physical and spiritual well-being within the community.
