Kwankwaso Critiques Buhari's Administration Over Votes

Rabiu Kwankwaso, the former governor of Kano State, stated in an interview that despite delivering nearly two million votes for Muhammadu Buhari in the 2015 presidential election, he received no recognition or reward from Buhari's administration. Kwankwaso reflected on the successes of past administrations, particularly those of former presidents Olusegun Obasanjo and Umaru Musa Yar'Adua, the latter of whom faced serious health challenges.

He also mentioned Goodluck Jonathan's administration and the complications surrounding its governance. Kwankwaso criticized the current administration's failures and emphasized the need for the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) to create momentum for the upcoming 2027 presidential elections, indicating that support from the northern region does not guarantee good governance.

He also mentioned Peter Obi's party in the context of the political dynamics leading up to the elections.
