Amaechi Declines to Engage with Obi's Supporters Online

Rotimi Amaechi, a former Minister of Transport and a prominent figure in the African Democratic Congress (ADC), announced that he will refrain from responding to online attacks from supporters of Peter Obi, the former governor of Anambra State and a presidential aspirant. Speaking at an ADC progress movement meeting in Lagos, Amaechi stressed the importance of maintaining peace within the party as they approach the presidential primaries.

He instructed his campaign team to avoid unnecessary confrontations on social media, highlighting the need for reconciliation among party members. Amaechi expressed confidence in his ability to secure the ADC presidential ticket and emphasized that he prefers to focus on his campaign rather than engage in insults or divisive rhetoric.
