ADC Predicts Mass Exodus from APC After Court Ruling

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has predicted a significant departure from the All Progressives Congress (APC) in light of a recent ruling by the Federal High Court. The court's decision addressed aspects of the electoral guidelines set by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), which ADC argued were unconstitutional.

Mallam, a representative from ADC, stated that the ruling vindicates the party's earlier objections to the electoral regulations that restricted membership registration and the conduct of party primaries. The ADC believes these regulations were designed to discourage politicians from leaving the APC.

Following the court's ruling, ADC anticipates that many individuals will seek alternative political platforms, leading to a mass exodus from the APC.
