Chief of Defence Staff Warns Against Threats to Nigerian Sovereignty

Gen. Christoph Musa, Chief of Defence Staff, issued a warning against any activities undermining Nigeria's sovereignty, treating such actions as those of an enemy state.

Speaking at the Northern Traditional Rulers Council in Birnin Kebbi, he stressed the importance of collaboration for peace and security in Northern Nigeria. Musa praised the Sultan of Sokoto and traditional rulers for their role in promoting peace and unity.

He highlighted the traditional rulers' significance in governance and peace-building efforts, emphasizing trust, dialogue, and cooperation among various stakeholders.
