We’re among hospitals on FG’s subsidized dialysis programme — ATBUTH Bauchi

Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Teaching Hospital (ATBUTH) in Bauchi clarified its inclusion in the Federal Government's subsidized kidney dialysis program, following reports suggesting otherwise. The hospital's management commended the initiative and emphasized that they have been providing subsidized dialysis services at an approved rate since January 8, benefiting 897 patients to date.

ATBUTH also offers free Cesarean sections and emergency medical services, aligning with the government's healthcare agenda. The hospital expressed gratitude for the government's commitment to improving healthcare delivery and assured its continued alignment with the Ministry of Health's vision.

ATBUTH's efforts have eased the financial burden on patients and expanded access to quality healthcare in Bauchi State and beyond.
