West Ham United Signs Adama Traore From Fulham in Cut-Price Deal

West Ham United has completed the signing of winger Adama Traore from Fulham in a cut-price January deal. The move sees Traore, who has previously worked with West Ham's manager Nuno Espirito Santo at Wolverhampton Wanderers, reunite with him in East London.

The agreement includes an initial fee of £1 million with additional add-ons, making the total package worth £2 million until the end of the season, with an option for an additional year. Traore, who has represented Spain eight times, had limited opportunities at Fulham, making just two Premier League starts.

He began his career at Barcelona before moving to Aston Villa, Middlesbrough, and then Wolverhampton Wanderers. West Ham has been active in the winter transfer window, having already brought in Pablo Fornals, Gil Vicente, and Tati Castellano.

They are also in discussions for the sale of Luca Paqueta to Flamengo. Traore's signing adds depth to West Ham's squad as they aim to strengthen their position in the Premier League.
