Ogun Governor Abiodun Inaugurates 3.5km Adesan Road

On Friday, Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun inaugurated the 3.5-kilometre Adesan Road project in Mowe-Ofada, part of his administration's efforts to reconstruct over 42 roads in Ogun Central Senatorial District over the past seven years. Abiodun, who took office on May 29, 2019, stated that his government has reconstructed a total of 1,600 kilometres of roads across Ogun State.

He emphasized his commitment to equitable infrastructure distribution and fulfilling campaign promises. The governor urged residents to protect the newly constructed road, which he noted would facilitate easier movement between Ogun and Lagos states, connect communities, and promote economic activities.

Damilola Soneye, the member representing Obafemi-Owode in the Ogun State House of Assembly, praised the governor for transforming the previously deplorable road condition, which had hindered transportation and economic growth in the area.
