Soludo Critiques Obi's Political Impact on Igbos

Charles Soludo, the Governor of Anambra State, publicly criticized former Governor Peter Obi, accusing him of not contributing to the welfare of the Igbos since he began his political career. Speaking in Igbo during a public event, Soludo claimed that Obi only engages with the emotions of the Igbos during election periods.

He pointed out the ongoing erosion issues in Ekwusigo, questioning what Obi has done to address such problems. Soludo declared that the 2027 elections present an opportunity for the Igbos to vote wisely and secure their share of benefits from the federal government.

He urged the Igbos to align with the ruling party, the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), to ensure they are part of the political process and can partake in the distribution of resources. Soludo emphasized that the time has come to remove obstacles preventing the Igbos from progressing.
