Hyundai Launches Accent Sedan to Boost Brand in Nigeria

Hyundai Motor Company has introduced the Accent, an entry-level sedan, as part of its strategy to deepen brand visibility in Nigeria. The Accent combines modern style with updated technology and practical performance.

It measures 4,535 mm in length, 1,765 mm in width, and 1,475 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,670 mm, providing a refined yet spacious look compared to earlier versions while maintaining a compact footprint ideal for urban use. The vehicle has a ground clearance of 165 mm, suitable for typical city road conditions, and will be available with either 15-inch or 16-inch wheels.

The Accent is expected to feature a 1.5-liter gasoline engine, with performance specifications yet to be officially disclosed, but it is projected to reach a top speed of around 190 km/h. Notable exterior upgrades include angular body lines and LED lighting, while the interior promises a premium feel with options like leather upholstery and an infotainment system ranging from 8 inches to 10.25 inches, depending on the trim level.
