In a post on his official Facebook page, Adeyanju noted that fuel prices at stations in Abuja have escalated from N1,370 to N1,440 and N1,430.

He questioned why these influencers, who have historically supported Africa's richest man, have not spoken out in light of the rising costs that negatively impact transportation and the broader economy. Adeyanju's remarks come as the nation grapples with the economic implications of these fuel price hikes, prompting him to wonder about the accountability of those who have publicly endorsed Dangote Refinery.
