Wholesome Mind Xperience Summit Returns to Ghana for Mental Health Advocacy Efforts

The Wholesome Mind Xperience mental health advocacy summit is set to return on October 10, 2025, coinciding with the launch of a reconstruction effort for a special ward at the Accra Psychiatric Hospital in Ghana. The summit aims to raise funds through a GH₵4 million campaign to refurbish the special ward and establish Ghana's first Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).

The event will feature discussions on mental healthcare infrastructure, with a focus on providing specialized care for individuals experiencing acute mental health conditions. The initiative aligns with global mental health standards to improve care for those in mental health crises.
