Kuje Council Chair Appoints Special Assistant on Dance

Danjuma Shekwolo, the Chairman of Kuje Area Council in the Federal Capital Territory, appointed Ibrahim Danladi as Special Assistant on Dance, effective July 13. This decision aims to strengthen the entertainment sector within the council.

The appointment letter, signed by Shekwolo, highlighted Danladi's selflessness, hard work, dedication, and contributions to the development of Kuje Area Council. However, Shekwolo clarified that the role should not be perceived as solely focused on dance but rather as a special assistant on entertainment.

He emphasized that the appointment is intended to support entertainment activities and recognize contributions within the sector. Shekwolo, a candidate of the All Progressives Congress, won the Kuje Area Council chairmanship election in February, securing 17,269 votes against the Peoples Democratic Party candidate, Zakwoyi Danlami, who received 15,824 votes.
