Odumodublvck Assault Trial Adjourned to April 2026

The FCT High Court at Life Camp Abuja has adjourned the assault trial of Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, until April 8, 2026. This delay is attributed to ongoing renovations in the courtroom.

The legal representatives present included Uchenna Ojemb, the claimant's lawyer, and Taiwo Akinsuli, Odumodublvck's lawyer, who mutually agreed on the new date to resume proceedings. The case stems from a civil suit filed by Ogbogiri Okei Levi, known as Kraziec, who alleges that Odumodublvck physically assaulted him during a public event in December 2024.

Kraziec claims he was taking pictures and videos when the attack occurred without apparent reason, causing him emotional distress and damage to his iPhone 15 Pro Max. He is seeking a court order for Odumodublvck to cover his medical expenses and is demanding N2 billion in damages, along with a public apology from Odumodublvck across social media platforms.
