Tinubu's Ticket at Risk if Obi and Kwankwaso Unite

Habib Mai Lemo, the spokesperson for the Kwankwasiyya Movement, expressed that Bola Tinubu's prospects for a second term would diminish if an alliance is formed between Peter Obi and Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso. During an interview with Trust TV, Mai Lemo discussed the growing online support for a political alliance between Obi and Kwankwaso, emphasizing that such a partnership would bridge political divides, particularly between the northern and southern regions of Nigeria.

He noted that the collaboration would strengthen support across the southern part of the country and could significantly alter the political landscape in Nigeria. The remarks come amid increasing advocacy for a joint ticket involving the former presidential candidates, which could potentially enhance their electoral strength against Tinubu.
