PDP Rejects Coalition Talks with ADC, Affirms Independence

The People's Democratic Party (PDP), under the leadership of Alhaji Abdulrahman Moham, has officially dismissed any discussions regarding a merger or coalition with the African Democratic Congress (ADC). In a statement made during a recent national convention in Abuja, Moham emphasized that the PDP remains a strong independent political platform with a clear vision to reclaim its leadership role at the national level.

The party condemned statements attributed to Kabiru Taminu Turaki SAN, asserting that they misrepresent the party's position and attempt to create a false narrative about coalition talks. The PDP plans to take necessary legal steps to address what it describes as contempt of court and misrepresentation of facts.

The party reaffirmed its commitment to transparency and constitutional governance, highlighting its historical role in Nigeria's democratic journey.
