Wike Accuses APC Governors of Sabotage in Media Chat

Nyesom Wike, the minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), publicly accused two governors from the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hope Uzodinma of Imo State and Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq of Kwara State, of undermining him. During a media chat held in Port Harcourt on Wednesday, Wike stated that both governors have not reciprocated the support he previously extended to them.

He specifically called out Abdulrazaq for leading a campaign against him, asserting that he had confronted the Kwara governor regarding his actions. Wike remarked, “Take for example, Kwara, he has been the one championing this campaign against me everywhere,” emphasizing his willingness to defend his claims.

Additionally, Wike expressed frustration over his relationship with Uzodinma, indicating that the Imo governor has also failed to provide him with the necessary support, despite Wike's past assistance to him.
