Nyesom Wike Sues FCT Workers Over Strike Dispute in Abuja

Governor Nyesom Wike has sued the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) workers over an ongoing indefinite strike in Abuja. The strike, initiated by the Joint Union Action Committee (JUAC), has disrupted government operations in major offices.

The FCTA workers are demanding certain unresolved issues to be addressed. The lawsuit was filed in the National Industrial Court in Abuja seeking to restrain union actions obstructing government activities.

The court has granted permission for the legal process to proceed.
