Wike Declares Bala Mohammed "Conquered" Amid PDP Tensions

Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), publicly criticized Bala Mohammed, the Governor of Bauchi State, declaring him "already conquered" due to his inconsistent political stance. Wike described Mohammed as a dishonest politician who cannot be trusted, warning Nigerians to closely observe his actions.

He stated that Mohammed's demand for a position within the People's Democratic Party (PDP) was a sign of weakness, as he had already lost credibility. Wike's remarks came after a recent PDP convention, where he expressed confidence in the party's stability.

He also dismissed allegations that Mohammed aimed to undermine the PDP, labeling them as baseless. Furthermore, Wike inspected ongoing projects in Jahi and Kuje, Abuja, expressing satisfaction with the quality of work being done, including road and bridge constructions, ahead of the third anniversary of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration.
