Wike Calls for Support for Late Senator Mpigi's Family

Toni Okocha, the state chairman of the APC, praised Mpigi's deep commitment to politics, while Ferdinand Alabraba described him as a voice of reason and a significant legislative figure. The late senator passed away on February 19, 2026, in London at the age of 64, leaving a vacuum in the political landscape that will not be easily filled.
