Wike Visits Late Senator Mpigi's Family, Pledges Support

Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, led a delegation to London to visit the family of the late Senator Barinada Mpigi, who passed away on Thursday at the age of 64 after a brief illness. Wike described Mpigi's death as a significant loss for River State and Nigeria.

During the visit, Wike, accompanied by Mpigi's two sons, Jordan and Joaquin, expressed condolences to the widow, Patricia Mpigi, and her children. The delegation included prominent figures such as Martin Amaewhul, Magnus Ab, Allwel Onyesoh, Olaka Nwogu, Aaron Chukwuemeka, Felix Nweke, Kenneth Chiker, and Hon.
