Wike's Aide Critiques Fubara Over Old Video Remarks

Lere Olayinka, a media aide to Nyesom Wike, shared an old video of Sim Fubara, the Governor of Rivers State, making derogatory remarks about Wike. This action came after Fubara announced on Wednesday night that he would withdraw from the APC governorship primaries.

Fubara stated that his decision was not influenced by weakness or fear. Olayinka's post on Facebook suggested that Fubara's political position was weak, indicating that there are no local government chairmen or councilors currently supporting him.

He insinuated that the Federal Capital Territory Minister had completely isolated Fubara politically. Olayinka's comments included a reference to Fubara likening Wike's outbursts to that of a barking dog, further emphasizing the tension between the two politicians.
