Ogunsakin and Raguin Reach Wimbledon Junior Doubles Q'finals

Oluwaseun Peter Ogunsakin, a 17-year-old tennis player from Nigeria, reached the quarter-finals of the junior doubles event at the 2026 Wimbledon Championship. Partnering with Ntungamili Raguin from Botswana, the duo achieved a dominant victory over the American team of Safir Azam and Vihaan Reddi, winning in straight sets with a score of 6-1, 6-0.

This emphatic win has propelled the Nigerian-Botswana partnership into the quarter-finals of the tournament. Ogunsakin, who is currently ranked 2000 in the ATP rankings, trains at the Atrum Tennis Academy in Abuja under the guidance of his father, who is also his coach.

The tournament continues to showcase their impressive run as they aim for further success at Wimbledon.
