Nigerian Tennis Star Seun Ogunsakin Wins Roland Garros Qualifier

Seun Ogunsakin, a 17-year-old Nigerian tennis player, marked his debut at the Roland Garros qualifiers with a victory over French opponent Lenni Couturi. The match, held on Thursday, ended with Ogunsakin winning in straight sets, 6-2, 6-4, showcasing his composure and resilience throughout the contest, which lasted one hour and thirty minutes.

Ogunsakin, who displayed aggressive baseline play, took control of the first set and maintained his intensity in the second set despite Couturi's attempts to rally back in front of a home crowd. Ogunsakin produced crucial winners and held his nerve during decisive service games to seal the second set.
