Nigerian Workers' Role in Economic Growth Highlighted

During the Workers Day celebrations, Segun Tomori, a representative for Oshodi-Isolo Constituency II and former special assistant to the Minister of Solid Minerals Development, acknowledged the dynamism of Nigeria's workforce as a key driver of the nation's economic growth. He called for resilience among Nigerian workers and recognized their contributions, particularly those who work tirelessly in various sectors, including technology, civil service, entertainment, manufacturing, and agriculture.

Tomori stressed the importance of collective commitment to improving workers' welfare and dignity. He pledged to support micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) by facilitating access to federal government initiatives and credit through partnerships with agencies like CreditCorp.
