Spain Cancels Training Due to Thunderstorm; Argentina Trains

Spain's outdoor training session was canceled due to the threat of thunderstorms and heavy rain in New Jersey, where the team was scheduled to train at Melani Lane Training Ground. The Spanish Football Federation announced that the session was suspended in accordance with U.S. storm safety protocols after lightning activity was detected within an eight-mile radius.

The team was able to conduct a warm-up session indoors. Meanwhile, the defending champions, Argentina, were able to train for 45 minutes at a location five miles away in Morristown.

Lionel Messi and his teammates focused on fine-tuning their fitness ahead of the World Cup final. Spain is looking to secure their second World Cup title, while Argentina aims to successfully defend their championship.

The final is set to take place at a stadium in New York, New Jersey, on Sunday.
