Italy Leads World Cup Playoffs Valuation Rankings

According to the latest rankings from Transfermarkt, Italy leads the list of the most valuable teams participating in the World Cup playoffs, with a valuation of €839 million. Following Italy are Turkey, valued at €453 million, and Sweden, with a valuation of €364 million.

Other teams in the top 10 include Denmark (€360 million), Ukraine (€267 million), Poland (€215 million), Wales (€211 million), Ireland (€184 million), Czech Republic (€173 million), and the Democratic Republic of Congo, which is the only non-European team in the top 10, valued at €155 million. The 2026 World Cup tournament is scheduled to take place in the summer across Mexico, Canada, and the United States.
