Junior Aruna Shines at World Table Tennis Youth Tournament

Junior Aruna, a 10-year-old table tennis prodigy, achieved remarkable success at the World Table Tennis Youth Tournament held in Luxembourg, winning a silver medal in the under-11 category and a bronze medal in the under-13 category. The Director General of the Nigeria Sports Commission (NSC), Bukola Olopade, praised Junior Aruna's performance, highlighting it as a testament to the talent inherited from his father, Nigerian table tennis icon Aruna Quadri.

Olopade expressed pride in the Quadri family and emphasized the potential of Junior Aruna as a significant asset for the future of Nigerian sports. He also acknowledged the contributions of Qaniat Quadri, Junior's mother and a former player, who actively coaches him.
