Yahaya Bello Donates N30m for Aviation Student's Training

Yahaya Bello, the former Governor of Kogi State, gifted N30 million to Enejoh Faith to support her aviation training, allowing her to fulfill her ambition of becoming a pilot. Faith and her family visited Bello on Monday night to express their gratitude after financial difficulties had threatened her education.

The initial meeting occurred on July 17, 2025, when Faith, dressed in her aviation uniform, and her father sought financial assistance from Bello due to their inability to cover the training costs. Bello decided to fund her entire aviation program, which amounted to approximately N30 million, anticipating potential future financial challenges.

The family reported that Faith scored 89 percent in her public pilot license examination and has completed her training. They emphasized that Bello was previously unknown to them, and they now regard him as a valued member of their family.

Bello's support is part of his private scholarship initiatives, which have also benefited other students pursuing aviation and university education.
