Yobe State Government Donates Sports Kits to Military

The Yobe State Government, represented by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Sports and Youth Development, Muhammad Gidado Abubakar, presented assorted sports materials to personnel of the Nigerian Armed Forces and four paramilitary agencies. This event took place at the Ministry's headquarters and was a response to a formal request made by the Executive Director overseeing athletic events nationwide.

The initiative was authorized by Governor Mai Mala Buni through the state's sports commission, led by Alhaji Barma Shettima. The distributed items included 16 jerseys, two size 5 balls, a larger variety of 12 pairs of boots, and tracksuits.
