Dr. Moham Goje Mondai Becomes Acting SSG of Yobe State

Dr. Moham Goje Mondai has officially assumed the position of acting Secretary to the Government of Yobe State, following a brief ceremony held at the Governor's office in Damaturu, attended by top government officials.

He expressed gratitude to Governor Mai Mala Buni for the appointment, describing it as an honor and a call to greater responsibility. Goje emphasized the central role of the SSG's office in policy coordination and the effective implementation of government decisions.

He pledged to strengthen collaboration among ministries, departments, and agencies to improve service delivery and ensure that policies translate into tangible benefits for the people of Yobe State. Goje acknowledged the achievements of the current administration in sectors such as security, infrastructure, education, healthcare, and agriculture, committing to build on these gains.

He also paid tribute to his predecessor, Baba Malam Wali, commending his contributions and assuring continued progress. Goje's appointment follows Wali's resignation and comes as part of the preparations for the 2027 governorship elections in Yobe.
