Yilwatda Advocates for Women's Political Participation

On Tuesday, Professor Nentaw Yilwatda, the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), called for increased participation of women in politics, emphasizing that women have equal brains, capacities, and abilities as men when given the opportunity. Yilwatda made this statement during a meeting with Dr. Mari Alil, the national women leader of the APC.

He stressed the importance of ensuring that women are not left behind in leadership and decision-making processes, advocating for equal opportunities in politics. Yilwatda urged women to actively participate in political activities and to empower themselves, as this remains key to strengthening democracy.
