Atiku Criticizes Attempted Arrest of El-Rufai, Campaigns for ADC in Nigeria

Former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku, criticized the reported attempted arrest of former Kaduna Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, by the DSS at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja. Atiku expressed his solidarity with El-Rufai during a visit to his residence in Abuja.

Atiku, who is also a presidential candidate, declared the African Democratic Congress (ADC) as capable of rescuing Nigeria from its current challenges. He urged voters in the Federal Capital Territory to support ADC candidates in the upcoming local council elections.

Atiku joined the ADC campaign train, making stops in areas like AMAC, where he interacted with residents and emphasized the party's commitment to grassroots political change. Atiku highlighted the importance of the elections as an opportunity to address the country's socio-economic and political challenges.
