Khalifa Pasali Seeks Jos North/Bassa Reps Seat

Khalifa Pasali, a 26-year-old entrepreneur, has announced his intention to contest for the House of Representatives seat representing the Jos North/Bassa federal constituency. Born in Plateau State, Pasali is motivated by a desire to advocate for youth representation and address the challenges faced by young people in politics.

He made this declaration during a press conference following a successful screening exercise at the national secretariat of the Progressive Congress (APC) in Abuja. Pasali emphasized the importance of young people participating in governance, stating that the current political landscape often overlooks their contributions.

He aims to leverage his platform to promote mentorship, civic engagement, and peaceful coexistence among youth across ethnic and religious divides. Pasali's candidacy reflects a growing interest among young Nigerians in active political participation, as he seeks to serve and represent their interests in the legislative process.
