Veteran Nollywood actor Zack Orji has publicly clarified rumors circulating online that his wife abandoned him during a serious health crisis while he was receiving treatment in Abuja. Orji stated that these claims are untrue and that his wife was informed immediately when his health condition became critical.

She traveled to Abuja without delay and stayed close to him throughout the difficult period, including during his two brain surgeries. Orji emphasized that she did not leave his side while he battled for his life in the hospital.

He also acknowledged the support he received from friends, family, and others, which made it easier for him to handle the financial demands of his treatment. He reflected on the experience, noting that lack of support can significantly affect patients in hospitals and that timely assistance is crucial, especially during serious health conditions.
