Zeenatuddeen Calls for Unity Against Global Injustice

Sayyida Zeenatuddeen, the wife of Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky, addressed participants at the 5th International Conference on Islamic Thought in Bauchi, Nigeria. She called on both Muslims and Christians to confront injustices worldwide, emphasizing the need to live according to the teachings of the Quran and the Prophet Muhammad.

The conference aimed to strengthen awareness and promote the Islamic movement in Nigeria, particularly in the context of global tensions involving the United States, Israel, and Iran. Zeenatuddeen highlighted the struggles of the oppressed, urging people to resist aggression and injustice.

She warned against foreign influences on Nigeria's sovereignty and encouraged unity among faiths to combat oppression. The event concluded with a peaceful protest by members of the Islam Movement of Nigeria, who expressed solidarity with Palestine and condemned the actions of the United States and Israel in the ongoing Middle East conflict.
