Zamfara: ADC tells Tinubu steps to take over N56m tax by bandits

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has called for President Bola Tinubu's resignation in light of the escalating insecurity in Zamfara State. The ADC emphasized that Tinubu, as the President, has a duty to protect the lives and property of the people in Zamfara and across the country.

The party's spokesperson, Bolaji Abdullahi, criticized Tinubu's administration for using insecurity as a campaign tool and failing to address the issue effectively. Abdullahi urged the Nigerian government to intervene and restore order in Zamfara State, where bandits are reportedly taxing farmers millions of naira.

The ADC's statement highlighted the urgent need for Tinubu to focus on the security situation in Zamfara and take decisive action to address the challenges faced by the state.
