Zamfara Governor Unveils 50 Modern Buses for Public Transport Upgrade

Zamfara State Governor, Bello Matawalle, unveiled 50 new 18-seater commercial buses designed for comfort and safety. The governor's spokesperson, Sulaiman Bala Idris, highlighted the modern features of the buses, including cushioned interiors, seatbelts, reliable suspension for rough roads, and GPS tracking devices.

Governor Matawalle emphasized the importance of accountability and proper management in public service, aiming to avoid past mistakes of rushed inaugurations without sustainable structures. The focus is on ensuring the buses are effectively deployed and maintained to improve public transport in Zamfara State.
