Borno Governor Zulum Commissions School of Nursing and Hospitals in Monguno, Promises Free Healthcare

Borno Governor Babagana Umara Zulum inaugurated a new School of Nursing and Eye Dental Hospitals in Monguno Local Government Area. The facilities aim to provide free healthcare services to residents in northern Borno, who have faced neglect due to the Boko Haram insurgency.

The School of Nursing will train nurses, midwives, and health professionals to enhance the state's healthcare system. Governor Zulum emphasized the importance of proper management and maintenance of the institutions.

He also highlighted the government's commitment to partnering with various entities for the development of the region. Zulum reassured residents of ongoing efforts to ensure their safety, especially farmers and traders.

The governor expressed gratitude to President Bola Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima for their support.
